1. General Provisions and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the 35bd platform and all its services. By opening an account on 35bd or using the site in any way, you are considered to have fully read, understood and accepted these Terms.

2. Account Registration and Accuracy of Information

3. Age Limit and Eligibility

Users must be at least 21 years old at the time of registration to use any of 35bd's services. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited and 35bd takes a firm stance on this matter.

4. Account Security and Password

Maintaining the security of an account is entirely the user's own responsibility. Login details must not be shared with anyone, and access to a single account by more than one person is prohibited.

35bd accepts transactions via widely used mobile banking and banking methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are completed through a secure connection.

5.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳100.
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).
• Deposits may only be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Funds sent from a third-party account will be returned.
• Once a deposit is successfully completed, it is generally credited to the account instantly.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process.
• Large withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

5.3 Transaction Verification

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times.

6.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games — which games qualify is stated in the conditions of each offer.
• If the same person or household claims the same bonus through multiple accounts, both accounts may be closed.
• If bonus conditions are not met, winnings obtained using the bonus may be forfeited.
• 35bd reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

7. Game and Betting Rules

The 35bd platform offers various types of games and betting services including slots, live casino, fishing games, cricket and football.

7.1 Game Results

All game results are verifiable and technically impartial. If a game stops mid-round due to a technical fault, 35bd will take steps to refund the bet for that round.

7.2 Betting Limits

Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed on the relevant game page. Placing a bet outside these limits is not possible.

7.3 Cancellations and Refunds

• If an event is cancelled, the staked amount will be refunded.
• In sports betting, bets may be cancelled before an event starts, but in-play bets cannot be cancelled.
• 35bd reserves the right to cancel bets placed at erroneous odds resulting from a technical issue.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 35bd platform:

• Creating or using multiple accounts.
• Playing games or placing bets with the aid of bots, automated software or artificial intelligence.
• Bonus abuse — such as risk-free betting strategies (arbitrage), bonus hunting or sharing bonuses across multiple accounts within the same household.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems or attempting to breach its security measures.
• Harassing other users or engaging in fraudulent behaviour.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Suspension by 35bd

35bd may temporarily or permanently close any account due to a breach of terms, suspected fraud, incomplete verification or security concerns. The relevant user will be notified by email or live chat.

9.2 Closing Your Own Account

Any user may request account closure via live chat. The opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance will be given before the account is closed; however, any bonus funds will be cancelled.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

If you wish to take a temporary break due to gaming addiction or excessive play, contact the 35bd support team. This step is completely confidential and is in the user's interest.

10. Limitation of Liability

The 35bd platform is provided on an "as is" basis. 35bd accepts no liability in the following situations:

• Loss in games or betting due to problems with the user's own device or internet connection.

• Unauthorised access to an account due to the user's own negligence.
